Maintenance: Air Conditioner *Prior to hot weather *Examine shroud for any physical damage and secure attachment *Compressor electrical *Clean including the coils *Check/clean all filters *Check Delta T (difference in air temp before and after cooling) for proper range Water Heater *Twice a year *Drain and flush tank *Clean gas system *Inspect system for any damaged or worn components *Fill and test system Refrigerator *Once a year *Check and make any necessary improvements to air flow *Clean and adjust gas system *Inspect door seals *Verify proper operations of all 12VDC and 120VDC power Furnace *Once a year *Inspect all components and air flow thru vents *Clean any components including duct work *Adjust or replace any components necessary Electrical System *Once a year *Verify proper generator operation *Inspect 12VDC system *Batteries *Converter and Inverter *Wiring and connections *Inspect 120VDC system *Converter and inverter *Shore power cord *Surge protector Exterior *At least twice a year depending on use *Visual roof inspection for any damage and wear *Reseal as necessary *Condition all door, window and slide seals Winterization *Prior to first freeze *Drain water systems *Air pressure purge *RV safe antifreeze application Springization *Prior to first trip of the year *Drain water systems of all antifreeze *Air pressure purge *Test water systems for leaks and proper operation *Test slide, awning and leveling systems
    
KP RV Tech Pricing Trip Charge needs to be received at the time service is requested or scheduled. Trip Charge $225.00 which includes the first hour of work on site On Site Hourly $125.00 Scheduled Maintenance Hourly 
 Emergency Trip Charge $300.00 which includes the first hour of work on site Emergency On Site Hourly $200.00
